Uber claims these tactics not only hurt its business but also restrict restaurant freedom, with many feeling like they have a “gun to their head.”
In response, DoorDash dismissed Uber’s claims as baseless, stating that they stem from Uber’s inability to provide a competitive alternative. Uber is seeking a jury trial and has not disclosed the damages sought, but it alleges significant financial losses due to DoorDash’s practices. ️
